It’s happening y’all
That mindset is finally kicking in. Food has finally become a second thought in my life. I no longer crave it or constantly think about when or what I can eat next without gaining. Now I can just go about my day without eating unless it’s absolutely necessary, and even then, I usually can’t finish my food. It is strangely liberating.
I have about 5 more weeks until I go home for winter break and I’m hoping to get down to 155 by then. Maybe even 150 if possible!!! Then, as a long term goal, I want to get to 130 by spring break/the Ariana Grande concert :) (late March)
